Title: The Power of Juicing

Hello,

Did you know that when you drink fresh juice,
your body is able to assimilate the various
nutrients within 20 minutes?

Compared to a solid-based meal that can take
up to 3 hours to digest, it’s no wonder that so
many people have turned to juicing as a way of
improving their overall health!

Makes sense, right?

If you think about the many benefits that juicing
offers, including:

* Increasing your intake of fresh fruit and vegetables
will decrease your risk of death.

* Increases your body’s level of nutrient-dense
building blocks with leads to faster healing.

* Improves cognitive function by delivering a quick
boost of superfoods to your bloodstream.

Just those 3 reasons alone are reasons to consider
juicing!

But there are many other reasons why juicing is
beneficial to your overall health, both mentally and
physically.

For example, did you know that juicing extracts the
most important vitamins you need while removing the
soluble finer that forces your body to work harder in
digesting?

It’s true! Juicing cuts out the digestive middle-man
and sends powerful vitamins and nutrients to your body
which will leave you feeling far more energetic than
ever before.

So today, consider how you can start juicing. Research
some of the top juicing recipes and work towards integrating
them into your diet.

That’s it for today. In tomorrow’s email, we’ll really
kick things off with some of our top tips to getting the
most out of juicing.

Title: Tips to Juicing

Hey there,

Yesterday we talked about the power of juicing
and how it benefits your overall health.

In today’s email, we’ll take a closer look at
some of our best tips for getting the most out
of your juicing.

1: Bulk it Up:
One of the most important things you can do when
juicing is to focus on bulk. This means you’ll
want to add vegetables like cucumber, lettuce or
even courgette in order to beef things up.

Not only will these help to keep you feeling fuller
for longer, but these vegetables are low in sugar
while being high in vitamins and nutrients.

2: Minimize Fruit Levels:
When people think about juicing, they often associate
it with high levels of fruit. In reality, lower fruit
levels are always best because you’re minimizing the
amount of sugars that you ingest.

3: Wash Everything:
It’s important to thoroughly wash your vegetables
before juicing. This applies to both fruits and
vegetables that you plan to use with the skin on
or off.

4: Vary it Up!:
Don’t get bored by the same juices. There are literally
hundreds of recipes out there so work on exploring
different juices and incorporating them into your
weekly diet.

And finally,

5: Choose Organic:
Whenever possible, try to choose organic fruits and
vegetables. That way, you can cut out any possibility
of pesticide exposure.

That’s it for today! In tomorrow’s email, we’ll talk
about the top fruits and vegetables that should be
part of your juicing regimen.

These are the “powerhouses” in the world of juicing,
so don’t miss it!

getting the most out of your juicing.

powerhouses that should be part of your juicing
regimen.

Let’s begin with a couple of GREENS:

Spinach: This vegetable is super high in vitamins
A and C but also come packed with quercetin and
lutein, two powerful antioxidants.

Kale: This is a hearty, versatile leafy green
that doesn’t contain a strong flavor which makes
it a great vegetable for your juice.

It’s packed with several key nutrients including
vitamins A, C and K. In addition, it’s very high
in antioxidants.

Next up, TOP ROOT VEGETABLE:

Carrots: Low in calories and exceptionally high
in vitamin A, potassium and biotin, carrots are
a power-house vegetable when it comes to juicing.

They’re also loaded with carotenoids, which supply
your body with powerful antioxidants.

And next up, FRUITS:

Apples: These are very commonly used in cleansing
lets because of how fast they help to eliminate
dangerous toxins from your bloodstream.

When it comes to juicing, they help the digestion
process as well as lower your cholesterol.

In closing, I’ll leave you with an awesome green
juice recipe to try:

Title: Juicing Combats Disease

Hello,

Pretty powerful title, huh?

That’s because we all worry about our overall
health and whether we’ll fall prey to one of the
many diseases that seem to affect every family
in the world.

Thankfully, juicing can help to minimize your
risks of disease and illness while helping you
feel energetic, focused and positive.

Research has shown that raw fruits and vegetables
fuel the body. They nourish our system and prime
our immune system so it is better equipped to
fight off disease and illness.

Specifically, nutrients like vitamins A, B, E
as well as minerals iron and potassium are plentiful
in fresh vegetables and fruits which will further
help in managing diseases like diabetes.

It’s true!

Incorporating a regular supply of fresh fruits and
vegetables in your diet is key to living a healthy
life because not only are you prepping your immune
system but these foods offer significant protection
against oxidative damaging diseases like cancer and
even heart disease.

Juicing also helps in yet another way: it cleanses
your body, especially your colon.

When you cleanse your colon you are ridding your
body of harmful toxins while aiding your digestive
system so it can get rid of what it doesn’t need.

If you’re feeling sluggish, you’ll benefit from
a juice cleanse. Not only will it help clean your
small intestine but it will supply your body with
more energy.

Juicing regularly will also help lower your blood
pressure by helping you maintain potassium levels.

That’s it for today. In tomorrow’s email, I’ll talk to
you about what is known in the juicing community as
“juice cures”.

Don’t miss it!

Title: Juice Cures & Therapy

Hello,

Years ago, there were several books released titles
“Book of Home Remedies”.

Did you ever read any of these?

They were a series that discussed the various home-based
remedies that people could turn to when they needed
help with things like sore gums, lack of energy and
even lower back pain.

Well, when it comes to juicing, they bring their own
version of home-based remedies because by combining
specific fruits and vegetables together, you’re able
to create various concoctions geared towards helping
you overcome many of the most common health issues.

Things like:

* Lack of concentration
* Memory Loss
* Extreme Fatigue
* Migraines

Because of their detoxifying power, juicing has become
one of the most common methods of overcoming many common
health issues. Juicing boosts your immune system as
well which will help you fight off flus and colds.

They’re also great for helping us shed those extra
pounds!

Here are 2 recipes to try:

Orange Sunrise
If you’re looking to fight off a cold, you need to
fuel your body with vitamin C and this recipe will
do the trick!

Ingredients:
2 navel oranges
1/2 grapefruit
3 clementine oranges
1/2 lemon

You’ll want to peel the oranges and grapefruit first
while leaving the lemon with its skin on. Cut everything
into large chunks and blend together.

Next up,

Tomato Bliss
Tomatoes are heart-healthy vegetables so you always
want to look for ways to incorporate more of them into
your diet.

They’re also packed with antioxidants and nutrients,
including potassium, folate, iron, vitamin C and vitamin A,
which will help you fight off infections.

RECIPE:

6 medium to large tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
3 Drops of tabasco sauce

Chop the tomatoes into medium size chunks as well as the
celery stalks. Place the tomatoes into the shoot of
your juicer one at a time as well as the celery stalks.

When blended, stir in 3 drops of tabasco sauce and 1/2
teaspoon of black pepper. Chill in the refrigerator for
1-2 hours, then enjoy!

Tomorrow is our final email, so I’ll leave you with
some final tips and strategies.

Title: Final Tips & Strategies

Hey there!

Over the last few days we’ve talked about the
different ways you can incorporate juicing into
your diet.

Today, I’ll leave you with a couple of tips to
getting the most out of your juicing.

Juicing Tip #1: Line your Refuse Bin
If you’re looking to make clean-up a breeze, consider
lining your refuse bin (or whatever catches the fibrous
bits in your juicer) so that you are able to quickly
toss it out without a lot of effort.

Juicing Tip #2: Not a fan of dark leafy greens?
While greens like kale and chard are some of the
healthiest vegetables around, not everyone enjoys
their flavor. A simple way around this is to mask
their flavor by adding in 1-2 red or green apples!

Juicing Tip #3: Prep. Rather than spend time
making juice every day, you can easily store juice
in your fridge for 1-2 days without losing its
freshness. Just make sure that you use an air-tight
container or a mason jar.

Juicing Tip #4: Keep it Simple! Instead of experimenting
with too many juicing recipes, stick to the basics,
especially when just starting out.

That way you don’t get overwhelmed and you can easily
start (and stick to!) a routine that includes juicing
as part of your daily diet.

Also keep in mind that your body may not be used to
an abundance of nutrients, especially if you’ve never
juiced before, so consider adding a bit of ginger to
your blend. It’ll help fight off any nausea you may
feel as your body is getting used to your routine.

Juicing Tip #5: Buy Organic! The point of juicing is
to introduce your system to a wide variety of nutrients
so the last thing you want to do is counteract that by
ingesting pesticides.

By buying organic you’re able to eliminate this risk.

And finally,

Juicing Tip #6: Clean Your Juicer! This means every
single day. As soon as you’ve finished blending,
wash it out. You want to make sure you keep it clean
and free of any remnants.

I hope this email series has helped you in some way
and I wish you the very best with your journey into
juicing!

All my best,

P.S. Watch your inbox closely, because I’ll be sending you
additional tips and resources as the weeks go on.
